What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Excellent drawing skills and strong artistic fundamentals

• Strong Photoshop skills (mandatory)
• Ability to create high-quality sketches from scratch
• Ability to transform concepts into polished production-ready assets
• Ability to work in different visual styles
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Experience mentoring or reviewing other artists
• Ability to improve workflows and maintain quality standards

Nice to have:
