Your responsibilities

• Create and maintain product structures and Bills of Materials (BOM) in the ERP/PLM system
• Manage product variants, options and customer specific configurations
• Coordinate change management (ECR/ECN), including impact assessment on cost, schedule and quality
• Ensure full traceability of configurations (revision levels, serial numbers, etc.)
• Manage and maintain technical documentation (drawings, specifications, approvals)
• Closely cooperate with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Purchasing and Production
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of configuration and document management processes and standards

Our requirements

• University degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering)
• or comparable technical education with relevant professional experience
• Experience in configuration management, change management or technical document management, ideally in a regulated industry (rail, automotive, aerospace, etc.)
• Confident use of ERP systems; experience with PLM/PDM systems is an advantage
• Good Polish skills (written and spoken)
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• German skills are an advantage
• Very structured and accurate way of working, high awareness of data and documentation quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as assertiveness
