Systems Engineer III

Responsibilities
- Design and implement IGT's system solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Perform technical installations and deployments in accordance with project guidelines and solution architecture.
- Provide technical clarification and resolve implementation-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) throughout project execution and escalate any deviations from the approved solution design or project handbook.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and keep Salesforce (SF) records up to date.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify root causes and improvement opportunities following installation issues.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain and update the technical architecture library and implementation documentation.
- Support IGT system solutions during business hours and collaborate with the global support organization to resolve customer issues.
- Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets within defined SLA response and resolution timelines.
- Ensure proper ticket follow-up, documentation, escalation, and time tracking within Salesforce.
- Provide implementation status updates, pending issue lists, and feedback to the Service Delivery Manager after customer engagements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar technical implementation, systems engineering, or infrastructure support role.
- Experience working with enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and customer-facing implementations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred) and SLA-driven support environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
- Valid driver's license.
