Data Migration Lead / Delivery Manager - ERP Transformation

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Data Migration Lead / Delivery Manager – ERP Transformation.

 

Your duties will include: 

• Leading the data migration stream within the new ERP implementation programme.
• Planning, organising, and coordinating activities related to data consolidation, cleansing, restructuring, and migration.
• Coordinating four data workstreams and ensuring consistency between them.
• Managing the schedule, scope, dependencies, risks, and priorities of the stream.
• Coordinating cooperation with other workstreams within the ERP programme.
• Ensuring that data-related activities are properly integrated with the overall ERP implementation.
• Providing methodological and, where required, technological guidance to the teams involved.
• Taking an active hands-on role in the project, in addition to coordinating the work.
• Introducing new processes, standards, and ways of working aligned with the ERP transformation.
• Coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and data owners.
• Monitoring data quality and the readiness of individual areas for migration.
• Preparing status reports, recommendations, and materials for project stakeholders.
• Identifying issues and taking corrective action to keep the project on schedule.

 

Requirements that must be met:

• Several years of experience leading data migration projects or data-related workstreams.
• Practical experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience as a Data Migration Lead, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate the work of multiple teams or project streams.
• Experience in data consolidation, cleansing, mapping, restructuring, or migration.
• Ability to manage dependencies between business and technology areas.
• Experience introducing new processes, standards, or ways of working within an organisation.
• Excellent organisational skills, independence, and ownership of the assigned area.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders effectively and ensure that agreed actions are completed.
• Willingness to combine leadership and coordination responsibilities with hands-on involvement.
• Very good English and Polish

 

Nice to have;

• Knowledge of German.
• Experience consolidating several ERP systems into one target solution.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Practical knowledge of data governance, data quality, or master data management.
