Your responsibilities, Acting as a trusted Security Business Partner, providing advice and support on security-related topics to IT teams and business units., Securing data and systems by defining and implementing cybersecurity policies, best practices, and standards., Defining and monitoring security plans, tracking progress, and reporting on security initiatives across different departments., Performing security reviews and assessments to improve processes and setups., Running regular security committees with business units., Supporting the centrally driven cybersecurity program, contributing to initiatives that enhance the organization's security maturity., Promoting security awareness across the organization, communicating key risks, and improving security culture through regular engagement with stakeholders., Managing or supporting security projects from start to finish., Creating periodic security reports and presentations to keep key stakeholders informed.

Understanding basic security concepts in networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), databases, virtual environments, Active Directory, and cloud services., Knowledge of security best practices, including access management, vulnerability management, secure SDLC, and incident response., Familiarity with CIS Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, MITRE ATT&CK, and OWASP., Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills., Project management skills and familiarity with security communication and reporting tools., B.Sc. or M.Sc. in cybersecurity, IT, telecommunications, or a related field., Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, Security+, and OSCP (a plus but not mandatory)., At least 2 years of experience in the security field.
