Your responsibilities

• Independent execution of training management tasks in cooperation with the training management teams in Niepolomice and Starachowice, including alignment of own activities with agreed priorities and contribution to the continuity of operational processes.
• Independent analysis, design and optimization of training management processes, including identification of IT requirements and automation potential.
• Planning and executing tasks in the area of training management for your own operational responsibilities, e.g.
• Responding to simple inquiries from the group mailbox as first-level support for all training-related inquiries in German and English.
• Ordering process and regular communication with training providers.
• Participant management, email correspondence, handling of participant lists.
• Data maintenance in the respective system.
• Handling relevant training-related materials.
• Creating simple reports to carry out operational tasks.

Our requirements

• University degree in social science with a focus in adult learning.
• Experience in human resources or training management, including independent handling of operational tasks and processes.
• Knowledge of English (B1) and good knowledge of German at least at level B2.
• Extensive skills in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Skills in SAP Success Factors Learning would be beneficial.
• Autonomous working style, analytical thinking, drive and assertiveness.
• Ability to work in a team, openness to change.
