Your responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to market launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support PMO activities, including project governance, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation actions, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Support portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, New Product Development (NPD), or Innovation projects, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and Stage-Gate/NPD processes.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project (preferred) and other project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep projects on track.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken

Your Role

As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving new product and packaging development projects for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. Working closely with the Senior Innovation Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are successfully delivered throughout the entire New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, from concept and feasibility assessment through commercialization and market launch.
