Join a brand-new Accounts Payable team and help build something from the ground up.

Instead of joining an already established Shared Services Centre, you'll become part of a growing international finance hub that is expanding its operations in Poland.

As part of an exciting transition project, Accounts Payable processes are being transferred from Italy, giving you the opportunity to work directly with Italian stakeholders, participate in knowledge transfer activities, and help shape the future way of working.

Your responsibilities

• Process and validate PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes and travel expenses in Dynamics 365.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure high-quality accounting records.
• Monitor supplier accounts and support timely payment execution.
• Handle supplier and stakeholder queries, providing payment confirmations and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions as part of the transition from Italy.
• Create and maintain process documentation (SOPs/DTPs).
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate Accounts Payable processes.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams across Italy and Poland.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Experience working in an SSC or BPO environment.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems.
• Profiessional English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in occasional short business trips to Italy during the transition phase.

Optional

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage, but not required - full training will be provided.
• Previous exposure to process transitions, knowledge transfer, or process documentation will be considered a plus.
