In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead HR Operations within an assigned team in one or more countries in a hub or front office for one or more service line. Each day, you will take accountability for end-to-end operations to deliver high-quality services against globally agreed performance targets in the concerned geography / service line. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the HR operations hub and/or front Office processes of the respective country adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: hybrid (2 days weekly).

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing and developing the team by ensuring effective operations, workload distribution, queue management, coaching, regular feedback, and continuous capability development.
• Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of Employee Lifecycle, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits services, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and a strong focus on process efficiency.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction, analyzing feedback and process data, resolving discrepancies, and driving actions to improve service quality, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and close alignment with business needs across the supported countries.
• Fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful team environment aligned with ABB's values, promoting engagement, continuous learning, and sustainable team performance.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in team performance management and enjoy using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
• You have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, building strong relationships, and collaborating effectively across different business areas and cross-functional teams.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of project management, with experience leading initiatives from planning through execution and delivering successful outcomes.
• You are passionate about service excellence and customer satisfaction and are innovative around driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of organizational operations and leadership.
• You are at ease communicating effectively in a multicultural environment, enabling seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.​
