We are currently looking for candidates for our restaurant / a newly opening restaurant in OPOLE 5 OBWODNICA (598) .

You will be responsible for:

• recruiting employees and maintaining personnel documentation
• ensuring timely medical examinations and health & safety (H&S) training
• preparing employee schedules and maintaining working time records
• managing, monitoring, and replenishing workwear, anniversary awards, and other necessary supplies
• preparing and entering data into the payroll and HR system, including handling formalities related to payroll calculation and termination of employment
• preparing employment and payroll reports in line with legal regulations and McDonald's standards

What do we expect?

• accuracy and attention to detail in daily tasks
• strong relationship-building skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• interest in HR and administrative topics
