Recruitment for

Our client – an international manufacturing organization operating in the automotive industry.

Your responsibilities

• Lead financial performance reporting on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Oversee management reporting and external financial communication requirements
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the site
• Provide high-level analysis of financial performance, including variance and trend insights
• Lead investment evaluation and profitability modelling to support strategic decisions
• Develop and continuously improve controlling frameworks, tools, and reporting standards
• Partner closely with production and finance leadership to ensure robust financial governance
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to site leadership and senior management

Employer requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment (automotive strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in team leadership or functional coordination
• Strong readiness to work on-site in Gorzyce
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical modelling capabilities
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI/CO
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (used in international business environment)
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
