Kanzum is a B2B financial technology platform that specializes in cross-border payments and currency management for international trading businesses. It allows companies to move money across more than 180 countries using multi-currency virtual accounts, real-time FX, and automated mass payouts.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

What You'll Do

Financial Reporting & Accounting

— Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end close.

— Assist with financial statements, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

— Support external audits and financial compliance.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

— Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

— Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.

— Prepare reports for management and ad hoc financial analysis.

Treasury & Finance Operations

— Support daily treasury activities, cash flow monitoring, and payment operations.

— Perform reconciliations across banks, payment providers, and internal accounts.

— Help improve finance processes and strengthen financial controls.

Client Support & Payment Operations

— Provide day-to-day support to clients on payment-related queries, including tracing delayed or missing payments, assisting with payment issues, and advising on payment and banking details.

— Investigate operational issues and coordinate with Engineering and Account Management teams to resolve payment functionality and processing issues.

— Deliver a high standard of client support while helping improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

What We're Looking For

— 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, Audit, Treasury, or Financial Operations.

— Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and management reporting.

— Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

— Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

— Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or a Big Four firm is an advantage.

— English level B2+.

Nice to Have

— Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar.

— Exposure to treasury, payments, or multi-currency finance operations.

— ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA (completed or in progress).
