Krakow HR Business Partner - Build Local People & Culture

PulseRise Technologies is seeking a hands-on People and Culture Manager to build the local HR function from the ground up in Krakow. You will act as the HRBP for the scaling local team, ensuring Polish labour law compliance while shaping processes from scratch.

This on-site role reports to the global People team and partners with local leadership to drive people strategy, onboarding, payroll compliance, and performance conversations as the business expands in Poland.
