Presales Team Lead

As our new Presales Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the presales function across the Polish market. You will be responsible for leading client engagements to understand business and technical needs, guiding the design of high-level solution concepts, and ensuring strong, consistent quality. Working closely with sales, delivery teams and vendor partners such as Microsoft and AWS, you will support strategic deals and contribute to go-to-market initiatives. In addition, you will mentor and develop a team of presales professionals, while helping align local activities with global capabilities and service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to understand business and technical requirements
• Shape solution concepts with delivery teams and define proposal content for key clients
• Own and coordinate the flow of presales inquiries and activities
• Support sales teams with high-quality proposals and deal execution
• Guide and mentor your presales team
• Drive go-to-market initiatives by collaborating with vendors, marketing, and global CoE teams

Qualifications

• Solid experience designing high-level solution concepts aligned to business needs
• Several years working with Microsoft and/or AWS across sales, presales, or delivery roles
• Strong expertise in at least one domain (M365, Azure, or AWS) with ability to contribute to proposals independently
• Proven leadership and communication skills, including team management and stakeholder engagement across technical and C-level audiences (certifications are a plus)
