Digital Accessibility & Experience Senior Engineer | Poland

5-7 years of UX/UI experience, including 3+ years in digital accessibility.Strong portfolio showcasing accessibility audits, remediation, and inclusive design.Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, EN 301 549, EAA, EU Web Accessibility Directive, and ADA.Experience conducting accessibility audits using automated tools (axe, Lighthouse, WAVE) and manual testing with assistive technologies.Proficiency in Figma and building accessible design systems.Strong understanding of designing for users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.Experience collaborating with development teams on semantic HTML, ARIA, and accessible UI patterns.Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0) for design, prototyping, and accessibility testing.Confident presenting accessibility compliance, risks, and recommendations to clients.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the business value of accessibility.Fluent in English and Polish.Nice to have: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
