Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with key retail, distribution partners in Poland
- Drive further business expansion on the Polish market and in the next step across Eastern Europe
- Lead commercial negotiations with key clients
- Monitor and analyze market trends
- Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver on commercial targets
- Proven experience in cooperation with retailers in Poland
- Strong background in consumer electronics market
- Solid skills in negotiation and competitor analysis
- Highly self-motivated , goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively in a remote setup
- Fluent English
