Job Description

This is a remote position.

Lead high-impact IT audit and cybersecurity engagements while helping global clients strengthen their security, risk, and compliance posture.

As an IT Audit Manager , you will manage end-to-end client engagements, working across multiple industries and frameworks to deliver high-quality assurance and advisory services.

You will collaborate with global clients and internal teams, gaining exposure to frameworks such as SOC, PCI DSS, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor team members, and drive meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Lead and manage IT audit and cybersecurity engagements from planning through reporting
  • Work with clients across frameworks such as SOC, PCI DSS, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA
  • Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and risk environments
  • Assess risks and evaluate how technology supports business objectives
  • Provide recommendations to improve security, compliance, and overall risk posture
  • Guide clients through remediation efforts and risk mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across engagements
  • Mentor and support team members in developing technical and professional skills
  • Manage multiple engagements while ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges

Requirements

Experience

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT audit and cybersecurity
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred
  • Strong experience with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Certifications such as CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus

Working Hours

  • Typical schedule: 2 PM to 11 PM (PHT)
  • Occasional extended hours depending on client needs
