Job Title: Product Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our product from conception to launch and beyond. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Business, Technology, and User Experience. You arent just a feature builder; you are a problem solver who loves digging into data, talking to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build products that deliver real value.
If you are a master communicator who can translate "developer speak" into "business impact" and vice-versa, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on market research, user data, and business goals.
- Product Discovery: Talk regularly to users to understand their pain points and validate ideas before they go into production.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, and Sales to champion the product and ensure alignment.
- Execution & Delivery: Write clear, concise product requirements (PRDs/user stories) and prioritize the backlog relentlessly.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on insights.
- Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data literacy. You are comfortable using tools like SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics to back up your decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can present complex ideas simply to both technical teams and C-suite executives.
- UX Empathy: A sharp eye for good design and a deep empathy for the end-user.
- Technical Literacy: While you dont need to write code, you understand software development lifecycles and can have meaningful conversations with engineers.
