We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to map business needs to technical solutions. Your role

• Leading the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future plans
• Collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and teams to define, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements
• Creating system design specifications and detailed technical documentation
• Providing technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding developers and teams
• Reviewing and improving existing architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Driving innovation by researching new technologies, conducting proof of concepts, and showcasing working prototypes

Your skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, or equivalent education
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, integration, and architecture design
• Extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and technologies like JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON)
• Experience working in DevOps teams with Scrum or SAFe methodology
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in international and multicultural environments
