Industry: Fintech/Banking Industry knowledge preferences: +5 Years of Experience Work model: 100% remote Onboarding: in Finland for the first week, after that 100% remote Start: ASAP/preferably from November 6 Contract: permanent Assignment type: B2B Project language: English Expected workload for the consultant: Full time We are seeking an experienced RPG Developer to join a dynamic, high-growth global Fintech organization. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain RPG applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.Implement quality assurance measures and coding standards.Maintain existing software and enhance functionality as needed.Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning. Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPGLE programming languageProficiency with RPG, SQL, Encryption, TLS / SSL certificate, SSH, and IBMi MQPreferably knowledge of IBMi architecture, Jira, and Scrum/Agile working methodsDesirable experience in programming languages other than RPG and knowledge of REST APIsExcellent English skills, both oral and writtenDomain knowledge: deposits and banking Nice to Have: Experience with additional programming languagesFamiliarity with cloud technologies Other Details: This is a full-time remote position with an initial onboarding week in Finland. The project will primarily be conducted in English.
