Your Role: The Challenge Ahead
Your brief will be to independently create and implement sophisticated solutions, tailored to client needs in the highly specialised area of commodities trade, with a critical focus on risk assessment models.
You'll be accountable for the independent delivery of tasks, from concept to deployment.
The priority is writing new code rather than system maintenance.
You will be afforded full independence in task selection and implementation within the agreed project scope.
You'll apply your intellectual potential to demanding, non-standard assignments.
We are looking for an individual who doesn't just „tick the boxes", but bring a unique blend of technical and financial passion:
Background: A strong academic foundation: graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other relevant field.
Experience : Proven experience as a Quant/Quant Developer or within risk validation departments, fintech or investment banking.
Code Proficiency : Experienced in programming, preferably in Python or C++.
Domain Interest: A genuine interest in the financial markets.
The Extras : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),
Communication: Fluent English (essential for international teams) and the ability to transfer knowledge and present solutions to non-technical clients.
