Clinical Site Manager (m/f)

For our Client, an owner and operator of a growing network of clinical research sites, we are seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Clinical Site Manager. The position is focused on managing multidisciplinary site teams, supporting Principal Investigators and Sub-Investigators, and working closely with the Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, patient recruitment, and high-quality study delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • lead, motivate, and develop the clinical site team, ensuring high performance and engagement,
  • manage the day-to-day activities of the site and oversee the allocation of resources across ongoing clinical studies,
  • partner closely with the Operations Manager to implement operational strategies, optimize site performance, and achieve business objectives,
  • collaborate with Principal Investigators and Sub-Investigators to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials and adherence to study protocols,
  • support investigators and site personnel in resolving operational challenges and maintaining study timelines,
  • monitor site productivity, patient recruitment, and study progress, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement,
  • foster a culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and patient-centricity,
  • build and maintain effective relationships with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal stakeholders,
  • ensure compliance with GCP, applicable regulations, and internal quality standards.
Requirements:
  • proven experience in clinical research, preferably in site management, clinical operations, or a leadership role within a clinical research environment,
  • experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders,
  • strong leadership, people management, and communication skills,
  • ability to effectively collaborate with investigators, clinical staff, and operational leadership,
  • solid understanding of GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes,
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities,
  • fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory,
  • university degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field.
