About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Integration Project Manager to join a cybersecurity integration team and contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing integration efforts, supporting organizational transformation, and driving collaboration across a complex, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned integration initiatives in line with established processes and best practices
• Coordinate cybersecurity and IT integration activities across multiple stakeholders
• Support the development of the cybersecurity organization and operating model
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure alignment with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical integration, T&T, project, or program management roles
• Strong experience in Cybersecurity and IT Integration management within complex, international organizations (preferably financial sector)
• Solid understanding of at least 3 cybersecurity capabilities and their relationship with IT infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with risk management, NIST frameworks, and ITSM
• Excellent communication, influencing, and advisory skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Fluent English (C1 or higher)
• Availability to hybrid work in Katowice
