Senior Backend Engineer

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP (preferred) or solid experience with Java, Python, Go , or similar backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and API design best practices.
• Experience designing and building scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL databases and database optimization.
• Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and debugging production systems.
• Familiarity with contract-driven development and modern software development practices.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as React is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
