Senior HR Operations Specialist (French-speaking)

Biogen seeks a Senior HR Operations Specialist to provide operational support across the HR function in Warsaw, managing employee issues, executing HR processes, and overseeing benefits and payroll activities. The role requires expertise in labor regulations, process improvement, and delivering service within established KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support to employees and HR Partners across the designated region
• Resolve complex employee issues and manage case documentation with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence
• Execute HR processes including benefits administration, time and attendance, and payroll management
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and process maps to improve efficiency
• Meet established KPIs and service standards while identifying process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of HR, benefits, or payroll experience
• Business-level proficiency in English and French
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid work permit and residency in Poland
