Your responsibilities
- Advise on process improvement and HR business process analytics
- Perform deep-dive analysis of HR datasets (queries, interactions, transactions, content)
- Identify trends, patterns, and drivers of process performance
- Translate insights into clear business recommendations and presentations
- Analyse employee feedback, surveys, and sentiment data
- Support decision-making through structured insights and reporting
- Work with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, etc.)
- Improve data collection, reduce manual work, and leverage automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value
Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or process excellence
- Proven experience in process optimisation within complex organisations
- Strong data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, metrics)
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and improvement-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools
Optional
- Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2)
- Experience in HR, shared services, or outsourcing
- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL or workflow platforms
