Location: Poland – Hybrid / Remote
Contract: 12 months initially, with potential for extension

Project: Large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation programme

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation PMO to join a large, multi-year transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, governance and delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
• Provide strong PMO support across programme planning, reporting, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams and stakeholders.
• Prepare management reporting, status updates and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support programme governance and ensure key actions, decisions and milestones are tracked effectively.
• Work closely with project and programme managers to ensure consistent delivery processes and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between business, IT and project stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong experience working within SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Proven PMO / Programme Management Office experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong project planning, reporting and governance capabilities.
• Confident communicating with senior management and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
• Previous experience in a Senior Consultant or Manager-level position.
• Strong communication skills in English.
