Agile Project Lead

What do you need to get this position?

Technically

• 2+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, people management, or similar roles in the IT industry.

• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, risks, stakeholders, and changing priorities at the same time.

• Ownership mindset and client-first approach, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to build transparent partnerships with both clients and development teams.

• Practical understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum / Lean Agile), software development lifecycle, backlog management, and requirements gathering.

• Analytical and tech-savvy mindset, including hands-on experience with Jira, Google Workspace, AI productivity tools, and curiosity about software development processes and modern technologies.

• AI enthusiast mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, and team collaboration.

• Fluency in Polish and English (B2+).

• Availability to work from our Gliwice office once a week, with openness to occasional business trips and face-to-face meetings.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in service design and launching new services.

• Basic understanding of GitHub, pull requests, code review workflows, and AI-supported delivery or workflow automation.
