Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Lead

Your responsibilities

As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead you will be focused on assisting in the development and execution of regional strategies to attract, engage and hire diverse talent.

Focused primarily on hiring within our Poznan hub, you will lead recruitment activities from inception to completion, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and providing a great candidate experience that enhances Newell Brands’ reputation as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing full life-cycle recruitment of the recruiting process to include (but not limited to) research/sourcing, hiring manager engagement, posting inclusive job adverts, pre-screening/ interviewing, and offer negotiations.

• Building productive partnerships with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external partners.

• Acting as a Talent Brand Ambassador, providing timely, actionable and constructive feedback to candidates.

• Partnering with, and guiding, Managers and colleagues in best practice recruitment

Our requirements

• Fluent in English and communicative in Polish
• Proven background in recruiting, either agency or in-house
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading recruitment activities, ideally in an in-house Consumer Services/GBS operation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to produce desired outcomes within tight timeframes.
• Strong planning & organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
