O projekcie, As the functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors solutions covering Rewards, Performance, Learning, and Onboarding, you will drive the evolution of critical HR processes and systems. You will work closely with HR leaders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions that support employees across the globe.

Twój zakres obowiązków, Define and manage the functional roadmap, including system improvements, releases, and carve-out activities., Overseeing SuccessFactors modules: Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management, Learning, Onboarding and making sure they develop in the right direction., Working closely with HR, Technology teams, and vendors to deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and easy for employees to use., Act as the subject matter expert for your areas, supporting stakeholders through system changes, adoption, and continuous improvement initiative., Support and coordinate annual compensation and performance review cycles, ensuring systems are ready and processes run smoothly., Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting by establishing robust controls and meaningful insights., Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance the employee experience through technology.

4+ years of experience in similar role., Fluency in English both spoken and written., Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within Rewards, Performance, Learning, or Onboarding modules., The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable, and user-friendly solutions., Experience collaborating across HR, IT, and business functions and effectively managing stakeholder relationships., A structured approach to release management, testing, change implementation, and continuous improvement.
