Role Overview
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive new business opportunities. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects that align with our services. You’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients, ensuring our pipeline is strong and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage prospects.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
