About the project
In this role, you will design and implement GenAI solutions in the cloud and on‑premises, connecting LLMs with existing systems and cloud services. You will build cloud‑native components, handle integrations (APIs/events), apply RAG patterns and model evaluation, and address security and cost considerations. You’ll lead initiatives from PoC through MVP to production scale, working closely with architects, product teams and security. You can expect real influence on technical decisions, a quality‑driven environment, and the use of tools that streamline development—where they provide measurable value.
Your responsibilities
- Design and build GenAI applications (cloud/on‑prem) using LLMs and cloud services.
- Implement RAG patterns, vector search, and prompt orchestration.
- Integrate with client systems (APIs, events/queues) and automate CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Enable AI‑assisted engineering (e.g., GitHub Copilot); run code reviews for quality, security and prompt patterns.
- Lead workshops/PoCs and take solutions to MVP, then scale them in production.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Data/ML and Sec/Compliance; ensure quality, performance and security.
- Document solutions and share knowledge (mentoring, playbooks).
Our requirements
- A technical degree and a solid foundation in software engineering.
- Experience building applications or integrating AI/LLM services (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI API or open‑source models).
- Hands‑on development in Python or Java/TypeScript/.NET, plus experience building APIs/integrations.
- Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector search (e.g., FAISS/Pinecone) or frameworks (LangChain/Semantic Kernel).
- Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions);
- Understanding security, data protection, and cost control in GenAI.
- Fluent in English at B2 or above;
Optional
- Experience running workshops/mentoring;
- Experience in containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
