The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint development and design, demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging and user-friendly digital workplaces. Main Responsibilities Design a visually appealing, modern, and dynamic homepage.Highlight essential content and business updates.Personalize content based on user roles and departments.Simplify navigation and information architecture.Optimize SharePoint experience for desktop and mobile devices.Provide quick links to frequently used applications and tools.Standardize page layouts and templates.Track page usage and user interactions.Key Requirements Proven experience in SharePoint development and design.Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.Ability to implement user-centric design solutions.Familiarity with Microsoft best accessibility practices.Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI.Nice to Have Knowledge of additional web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with SharePoint Governance frameworks.Ability to conduct user surveys and collect feedback effectively.Other Details This position may involve remote work, allowing for flexibility in work hours.
