Senior R&D Engineer

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience with Python, Rust, Go , or a comparable systems programming language.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and server environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, and routing.
• Experience working with VPN technologies or tunneling protocols such as WireGuard, OpenVPN, or IPsec.
• Hands-on experience building internal tools, backend services, or infrastructure automation.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience delivering software used in production.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cryptography, PKI, or TLS internals.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Experience customizing Linux distributions or building server images.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to infrastructure, networking, or security.

About the Role
