Industry: Banking Start: ASAP Work model: Remote Contract: B2B Rate: 40-45 EUR/h Summary: The Automation Expert role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow to design and implement orchestration workflows in network and firewall environments, enhancing operational efficiency and lifecycle management. Main Responsibilities: Creation and maintenance of workflows in ServiceNow, integrating automation scripts, APIs, and components. Design, configuration, and administration of a ServiceNow orchestration platform, including status dashboards. Customization of Ansible playbooks for Software Defined Networking (SDN). Integration and management of GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines for automation. Deployment of target configurations and workflows based on change management processes. Automated generation of change validation documentation. Documentation in compliance with FI-TS standards and conducting training sessions. Key Requirements: Strong ServiceNow expertise, particularly in workflow design and API integration. Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules creation and customization. Knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab. Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and dashboards. Strong networking and firewall technology knowledge. Fluent English, written and spoken; German is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience in Agile methodologies. Customer-oriented approach. Strong teamwork capabilities.
