Requirements

  • Strong experience in presales, project sales or commercial leadership within building systems, aluminium systems, façade systems, or related industries.
  • Strong track record in international project-driven sales environments.
  • Experience leading global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth, profitability, and project realization.
  • Experience in process optimization, sales governance, and CRM-driven performance management.
  • Deep understanding of international construction/project markets and customer ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (50%+)

Responsibilities

  • Drive global presales performance and support achievement of international sales targets.
  • Lead the complete presales and project acquisition process across global markets.
  • Partner closely with CEO Office, EVP Sales, and regional sales teams to accelerate project business growth.
  • Define and implement standardized global presales processes, KPIs, and governance.
  • Develop the concept and structure for a global Presales Backoffice HUB.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, CRM quality, turnover, realized projects, and gross profit %.
  • Lead and influence international matrix teams across multiple regions.
  • Support strategic customer projects, negotiations, and complex international opportunities.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and commercial growth opportunities.
