Google Pixel is looking for Embedded System BSP Software Engineers to join the team to help in architecting, designing, developing, deploying and maintaining complex Android Kernel and Codebase stacks., , The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your responsibilities, Plan, develop, and manage the productive Software Codebase and Infrastructure to accommodate the various Pixel devices., Engage and integrate the new Android and Kernel features to Pixel devices for our customers.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience., 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree., 2 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.

Optional, Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields., 4 years of experience working with software development in C/C++., 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms., Experience in development, testing, and deployment of Android Board Support Package (BSP)., Experience developing accessible technologies.
