Your responsibilities

• Mechanical design of the engine test Instrumentation parts
• Preparation of 2D and 3D technical documentation using Catia V5
• Functional dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) definition
• Defining technical solutions (request for drawing change, production permit, process optimization)
• Recommendation and conceptual definition of the manufacturing process of the designed parts
• Functional study of the need and system integration : Detailed technical specification
• Cooperation with test operation department
• Detailed design and production purchased to a manufacturer : supplier management
• Support in coordination of the test process
• Acceptance tests and integration in the bench
• Functional verification
• Travel to test facilities to work on-site

Our requirements

• Language: English B2
• Master degree in engineering, materials and processes or similar
• Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do’ attitude and decision-making skills
• Ability of technical drawing interpretation
• 7+ years of aerospace experience
• Part & Assembly design CATIA skills (including surface and drafting modules)
• Functional dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) Skills
• Engine tests work experience
• Availability for travel to test facilities to work on-site

Optional

• Language: French
• Knowledge in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in FEM calculations
