Senior QA Automation

JOB DESCRIPTION
To further execute our plan, we are looking for an ambitious and
success driven automation tester. You will use your expertise to ensure the
quality of our product alongside a highly motivated team of founders,
domain experts, creatives, and engineers. You will develop new skills and
contribute to improve our QA practices.

Over the last seven years, we have built our product from the ground up.
With a team of skilled people, we have grown from a startup to a scale-up,
and everyone who was involved in the early days is still part of the team
today. Our product is regarded as one of the best in the European venture
capital and private equity industry. We are scaling quickly and have big plans
to further expand our product offering based on the requests from the 400+
funds we serve. This is why we are looking for an exceptional Product
Owner who would like to grow with us.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design and execute manual test cases to ensure compliance with
specifications and documentation
● Verify implemented functionalities, considering both business value
and user experience
● Approach testing as a continuous activity throughout the entire
delivery pipeline, not just a final stage
● Maintain and develop test automation components
● Provide feedback on requirements, designs, and code changes
● Designing and executing automated and performance tests
● Preparing test documentation (plans, test scenarios, reports)
● Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
● Generate and maintain detailed test reports, logs and performance
metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum 5 years of experience in automation testing, including at
least 2 years in TypeScript, Playwright, or Cypress
● Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and
processes
● Strong experience working with test management systems
● Creativity, responsibility, and a collaborative mindset
● Well-organized with great attention to detail
● Excellent teamwork and communication skills
● Ability to quickly gain new technical expertise
● Fluent English (part of our team is based in Amsterdam)

OPTIONAL SKILLS WE APPRECIATE
● Financial background/interest
● ISTQB certificate
● Experience in setting up CI/CD environments for testing
