Scrum Master

For our client, a global company operating in the industrial automation sector across industries such as defence, pharmaceutical and food, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master . You will support engineering teams in becoming more effective, collaborative and self-organising, while contributing to a business-critical project and driving practical process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress and support teams in achieving delivery goals.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and support continuous improvement.
• Help teams solve day-to-day challenges and improve their ways of working.
• Support the implementation of process and organisational changes.
• Identify, assess and manage delivery risks together with development teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment and help teams become more self-organising.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

Ideal candidate profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting IT or engineering teams.
• Practical knowledge of SAFe.
• A servant-leadership mindset and confidence in guiding teams through change.
• Experience building and supporting self-organising teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and delivery practices.
• Previous technical experience or close cooperation with technical teams.
• Proven experience implementing organisational or process improvements.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification.
• Leadership experience, e.g. as a Team Lead or Product Owner.
• Knowledge of critical-thinking methods.

Conditions

• Location: Katowice.
• Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office.
• Cooperation: B2B contract via KUBO
• Rate: 110–115 PLN/hour.
