Your responsibilities

• Managing customer orders from entry to delivery (Order-to-Cash process).
• Coordinating order fulfillment while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Acting as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers and business partners.
• Cooperating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Monitoring customer orders and proactively resolving delivery or order-related issues.
• Providing customers with updates regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Supporting complaint handling and coordinating issue resolution.
• Maintaining customer master data and ensuring data accuracy.
• Preparing reports and monitoring operational KPIs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Our requirements

• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, or a similar operational role.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain processes.
• Fluent German (minimum B2/C1) and communicative English.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
