Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie łączyć perspektywę produktową, technologiczną i rynkową – prowadząc projekty AI end-to-end, współtworząc roadmapę rozwiązań, dbając o ich jakość i adopcję, a jednocześnie pełniąc rolę łącznika WK z ekosystemem rozwoju polskich modeli językowych, inicjatywami branżowymi i regulacyjnymi. Rola ta ma kluczowe znaczenie dla budowania długofalowej pozycji WK jako aktywnego, świadomego i odpowiedzialnego uczestnika rozwoju AI w Polsce i w środowisku międzynarodowym.## ## Zakres obowiązków* Prowadzenie projektów w obszarze AI - od identyfikacji potrzeb biznesowych po wdrożenie i rozwój* Monitorowanie rynku AI (w szczególności polskich modeli językowych, inicjatyw branżowych i regulacji) oraz przekładanie tych obserwacji na rekomendacje produktowe, strategiczne i partnerskie dla WK* Aktywne pełnienie roli „łącznika” w inicjatywach i ekosystemach związanych z rozwojem polskich modeli językowych - budowanie relacji, monitorowanie inicjatyw oraz ułatwianie zaangażowania WK w roli uczestnika lub obserwatora tych przedsięwzięć* Wykorzystanie i rozwój zastosowań polskich modeli językowych (PLLuM, Bielik) w produktach LEX / LIBRA* Wspieranie wdrożeń narzędzi AI, w szczególności w sektorze publicznym oraz B2B* Współpraca z zespołami IT, SME, analitykami oraz innymi działami zaangażowanymi w rozwój produktów* Aktywne uczestnictwo w zarządzaniu backlogiem inicjatyw AI i udział w planowaniu roadmapy produktowej* Opieka produktowa nad rozwiązaniami AI (utrzymanie, rozwój, optymalizacja)* Wsparcie procesów jakościowych (walidacja wyników AI, współpraca z ekspertami merytorycznymi)* Udział w projektach międzynarodowych i współpraca z globalnymi strukturami WK* Budowanie świadomości i adopcji AI w organizacji oraz u klientów## ## Wymagania dla kandydata* Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów (preferencyjnie w obszarze IT / AI)* Wiedza lub praktyczne doświadczenie w zakresie polskich modeli językowych (np. rodzina PLLuM – HIVE AI/NASK, Bielik )* Znajomość zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem i regulacjami AI (np.
