About the project

Developing and maintaining a high-performance transaction system operating within the capital markets environment.

Design and implement new functionalities, improve existing solutions, build a reliable, scalable, and low-latency trading platform.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver mission-critical software.

Your responsibilities

• Design and develop new features for a high-performance transaction system using Rust.
• Enhance and optimize existing system components.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to code quality and system architecture.
• Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and computational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Monitor code quality and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver reliable software.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience with Rust.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience with systems programming and functional programming concepts.
• Good knowledge of network communication protocols.
• Experience working with Docker and Linux.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design efficient solutions.
• Experience optimizing software for performance and resource efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Communicative level of English.

Optional

• Experience working in financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience with code quality and static analysis tools.
• Familiarity with technical documentation standards.
