Supply Chain Operations Specialist with Turkish

 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, supporting customers, and coordinating supply chain activities across different markets. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to solve issues, improve processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from creation to delivery in the system
  • Update and process order changes requested by Sales
  • Check pricing, product availability, and stock levels
  • Support demand planning through stock and sales analysis (including VMI support)
  • Optimize deliveries, transport combinations, and create efficient shipment plans
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate shortages or delays
  • Perform credit checks and support order release processes
  • Coordinate returns and resolve customer issues related to deliveries
  • Close incomplete or undelivered orders in the system
  • Collaborate with transport providers (3PL), supply planning, and customer service teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Act as a key contact for supply chain-related customer communication
  • Support internal training, knowledge sharing, and team development activities

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Min. 3 years of experience in customer order management or supply chain roles
  • Very good knowledge of English and Turkish
  • Knowledge of SAP 
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Analytical mindset with good numerical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good command of MS Excel and the Office suite
