(Junior) Operational Buyer with German (K/M)

Your responsibilities, Execute procurement activities, including purchase requisition validation, shopping cart creation, purchase order processing, order adjustments, and goods receipt booking, Support suppliers and internal stakeholders by resolving routine issues related to deliveries, pricing discrepancies, and product availability, Handle inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication, Identify potential risks, perform error analysis, and support the resolution of escalations, Initiate vendor creation and updates while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation, Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services in line with agreed service levels, Apply procurement procedures, contribute to process improvements, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes, Support operational activities such as reporting, statistics, workshops, and other team initiatives, Assist with onboarding new team members and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues, Continuously develop your knowledge, take on more complex responsibilities, and contribute to a collaborative team environment, Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers, Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines, At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement area, Command of English (written and spoken) – min. B2, Command of German (written and spoken) – min. B2, Good command of MS office and Windows applications, Good command of Procurement related tools, Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work, Team player, Good time and task management, Very good communication skills, Analytical skills, Service and customer orientation, Solution orientation, Professional maturity, Customer orientation
