Project Manager with SAP Ariba experience (f/m/x)

About the project, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the procurement and purchasing domain. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex enterprise projects that streamline sourcing, supplier collaboration, contract management, purchasing processes, and invoicing workflows. Working in a cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of business-critical solutions.

Your responsibilities, Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement technology projects, from initiation and planning through deployment and post-launch stabilization, Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring successful outcomes, Coordinate multiple workstreams, including system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, training, and deployment activities, Facilitate collaboration between business departments, technical teams, and external delivery partners through structured communication and governance, Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure operational readiness and compliance, Drive continuous improvement initiatives by tracking project outcomes, lessons learned, and user adoption metrics

Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, including previous hands-on experience working with procurement platform implementations, Hands-on Ariba experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale system implementations or major solution enhancements in complex organizational environments, Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance processes, risk management, change control, and budget oversight, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholder groups throughout the delivery lifecycle, Solid understanding of software implementation lifecycles, including requirements management, testing, deployment, and post-release support, Professional communication skills in English and openness to working in a hybrid model with regular presence in the Warsaw office
