Global Clinical Integration Lead

ICON seeks a Global Clinical Integration Lead to manage project and programme delivery across multiple European locations. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful on-time and on-budget project completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with goals
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field
• Proven experience managing projects from inception through completion within scope, time, and budget
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with team management capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required
