OTC Customer Service Specialist with German

Are you a German speaker looking to develop your career in an international environment?

We are currently recruiting for a global organization and are looking for Customer Service Specialists with German to join a growing team in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing professional support to German-speaking customers
• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinating customer requests and collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Supporting order-related activities and operational processes
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

What we are looking for:

• Fluent German (min. B2/C1)
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
  Nice to have:
  Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
  Experience working with SAP
  Background in Order Management, Shared Services, or BPO environments
