Your responsibilities, End-to-end delivery of PE technology services across a portfolio of high-value client accounts, Strategic direction and day-to-day optimization of the Private Capital Suite (PCS), Vistra’s core SaaS platform (FIS) for closed-end PE funds, Platform operations spanning depositary services, fund administration, and management company automation, Implementation of a specialized waterfall calculation and modeling engine integrated with PCS, REST API integrations powering automated workflows and client reporting, Fund accounting standardization across jurisdictions, balancing global consistency with local compliance, System Integration & Connectivity, Architect inter-system connectivity between PE platforms and the broader Vistra ecosystem, Own upstream integrations (Investor Life Cycle, KYC) and downstream feeds (Screening, data portal, client datalake), Manage high-fidelity data exchange with Tier One clients, PE Operations, Onboarding: Lead fund accounting setup, org chart/structure design, consolidation mapping, COA validation, and client go-live, System Control: Execute quarterly reviews and annual audits; maintain process documentation and user community communications, Automation: Own API/ETL/scheduler operations, FX automation, subsequent close processes, partner transfers, and valuation workflows, Roadmap & Innovation: Drive the systems roadmap; manage vendor relationships; champion emerging solutions informed by industry trends, Project Leadership, Lead the Digitalized Waterfall Engine build and PCS integration, Drive PE data warehouse development delivering standardized feeds to Tier One clients, Support PCS infrastructure modernization (EU-Azure migration, OKTA enablement, Snowflake replication), Contribute to Financial Statement Automation, Investor Life Cycle Onboarding, and Management Company initiatives, Design business and system workflows for debt-PE hybrid fund servicing

Deep experience in fund administration technology, PE operations, or fintech platform delivery, Expert understanding of closed-end fund structures, waterfall calculations, investor accounting, and fund admin workflows, Track record managing enterprise SaaS platforms and third-party vendor relationships, Proven success leading multi-jurisdictional system implementations from scoping through go-live, Working knowledge of API/ETL architectures, data warehousing, and automation frameworks, Familiarity with regulatory compliance (KYC, CRS, FATCA) and audit processes, Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, OKTA identity management, and Snowflake data replication, Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams, senior leadership, and external clients, Flexibility to support a predominantly US client base and secondary Luxembourg portfolio; comfort with evening and occasional late-night engagement is essential, Preferred Qualifications, 15+ years in private equity or alternative investment fund services, Background in system automation, operational optimization, or platform engineering, Understanding of depositary oversight, safekeeping, and cash-flow monitoring, Experience leading large-scale data migrations and platform modernization programs, Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm, What Sets You Apart, You manage multiple concurrent client migrations without compromising data integrity or timelines, You have an obsessive eye for detail; errors don’t get past you, You are self-directed with a strong ownership mentality; you drive outcomes, not wait for instructions, You thrive under pressure where priorities shift and deadlines are non-negotiable, You communicate complex requirements clearly to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike, You present with confidence and credibility to senior leadership and clients, Who You Are, A doer who rolls up their sleeves and delivers across competing priorities with zero drop in quality, Proactive; you identify what needs to happen next and make it happen, Detail-obsessed; data has zero tolerance for error, and neither do you, A clear, concise communicator who adapts to any audience, A systems thinker who understands data flows across platforms and anticipates downstream impacts
