End User Engineer

End User Experience Engineer We are looking for an End User Experience Engineer to join an international engineering team responsible for enterprise endpoint and end-user technologies. Key responsibilities: Managing and developing endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune and Entra Supporting secure remote access solutions and Citrix environments Identifying and resolving end-user and technical issues across endpoint, identity and infrastructure layers Working closely with engineering, security, networking and business teams Gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the end-user experience Contributing to standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms Supporting technology decisions and delivering practical, scalable solutions Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, EUC or similar roles Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra Experience with remote access technologies and/or Citrix Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Practical, engineering-oriented approach Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders Experience working in a complex enterprise environment Nice to have: Experience in financial services or investment banking Experience with automation and scripting Knowledge of modern endpoint management and cloud-based technologies
